Lord, we submit this blog to you right now in the Name of Jesus...and ask that it will be an instrument of peace, an instrument of healing, a tool of deliverance in all of our lives who read and write on it... Amen...
God has many Names - let's start searching out what they mean to us today...

i am also listening!
my bible verse today is about being strong and courageous, and that He will never leave me nor forsake me. this is for me words to stand on as i am facing orthoscopic surgery on my knee on wednesday.
He is so good, and His word always cuts straight to the point of my weakness and yes, lack of trust! trust is a four letter word for me sometimes : )
i do pant for His word, and my soul longs to know more and more of Him (by the way, that is one of my favorite songs)
our bible study is going through psalms 23 (max lucado), and you know i am getting to like being a sheep : ) especially the one that is hanging around His neck!

The Lord is dealing with me about anxiety and fear...
He is not a god of fear... but a God of love....
a God of Love
perfect love...
"don't be anxious about anything but by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, let your requests be known unto the Lord..."
Lord, I know anxiety is not from you... but it's what occurs when I don't trust in your love... your awesome love...
when I try to control others or situations out of fear or anxiety...
i'm not resting in Your love....
Your love is what draws us to repentance... Your love is what heals... Your love brings forgiveness... Your love brings grace.... and Your love covers a multitude of sins...
Lord, take me and wash me and forgive me for not loving as You do... show me things from Your perspective... so that I can see how much you love all that you have created and that you do not will that any should perish...
i trust you Lord with all that I hold dear...
